Ella Kiley is originally from London, UK but has lived in America for over thirty years. She has a background in Art History and double majored in Art History & Architecture/Italian from Reading University in Berkshire, UK. She spent her Junior year in Florence and is a lifelong Iover of all things Italian!

Before moving to the US Ella initially worked in Client Services at Sotheby’s for several years before going on to manage a small print gallery in Chelsea, West London. During this time she attended multiple art fairs in the US and was determined to eventually move to America. Her dream materialized when in 1994 she and her husband moved to Manhattan and where she worked in a managerial position at the Decoration and Design building on Lexington Avenue.

In 2000 Ella moved with her growing family to Greenwich, CT where they resided for nearly 20 years. For many years Ella volunteered as a curatorial assistant in the art department at the Bruce Museum before becoming GBA’s Program Coordinator in 2015.
